• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• Flight delays are monitored when valid flight information is provided, and pickup times will be adjusted accordingly.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the reservation are free of charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are charged 100% of the booked service.
• Additional hours requested during service are subject to availability and billed at the applicable hourly rate.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup are free of charge.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are charged 100% of the reservation amount.

• Weekly and monthly rental agreements require advance scheduling and vehicle allocation.
• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the service start date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100%, depending on vehicle allocation and operational commitments.
• Early termination of an active rental period is generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A booking will be considered a No-Show if:

• The passenger fails to arrive within the complimentary waiting period.
• The passenger cannot be contacted using the provided contact information.
• The passenger leaves the pickup location without notifying our dispatch team.

No-show reservations are non-refundable and will be charged the full booking amount.

We understand that travel plans may change. Requests to modify pickup times, locations, vehicle type, or service duration should be submitted as early as possible.

All modifications are subject to vehicle availability and may result in additional charges.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
