Cancellation Policy

Introduction
This Cancellation Policy explains the rules and conditions for cancelling transportation services booked with Chuffer Partner LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made within the specified notice period
- Notice requirements vary by service type
- Failure to cancel within the allowed time may result in charges
2. Sedans & SUVs
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
- Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged up to 100%
3. Hourly & Charter Services
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before service
- Late cancellations may be charged in full
4. Airport Pickups
- Flight delays or airline changes are not considered cancellations
- Client must notify the Company of flight updates
- No refund if the client fails to appear at pickup
5. No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when:
- The client fails to arrive within the grace period
- The client cannot be contacted
- Incorrect pickup details are provided
No-shows are charged at 100% of the booking amount.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary
7. Weather & Force Majeure
Cancellations due to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events are handled at the Company’s discretion.
8. Modifications & Rescheduling
- Schedule changes are subject to availability
- Rate adjustments may apply
- Repeated changes may be treated as a cancellation
9. Company-Initiated Cancellations
If Chuffer Partner LLC cancels a service due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund or rescheduled service at no additional cost.
10. Policy Acceptance
By booking services with Chuffer Partner LLC, you acknowledge and accept this Cancellation Policy.
