Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all transportation services provided by Chuffer Partner LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking, using, or accepting our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “passenger”) agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility to Use Services
- Client must be at least 18 years of age to book services
- Client is responsible for all passengers on the booking
- Booking confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
3. Bookings & Reservations
- All reservations are subject to availability
- Quotes are estimates unless otherwise stated
- Accurate pickup and drop-off details must be provided
- The Company reserves the right to refuse service
4. Rates, Fees & Payments
- All prices are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD)
- Payment may be required in advance
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards
- Additional fees may apply for extra stops, wait time, tolls, or damages
5. Gratuity Policy
A gratuity of 15%–25% may be automatically added depending on the service type. Additional gratuity is optional.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation deadlines vary by service
- Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
7. No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs if the client:
- Fails to appear within the grace period
- Provides incorrect pickup details
- Cannot be contacted by the chauffeur
8. Waiting Time
Complimentary waiting time may apply. Additional waiting time is billed at the hourly rate.
9. Vehicle Use Rules
- No smoking or vaping
- No illegal substances
- No disorderly or abusive behavior
- No weapons unless legally authorized
10. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave respectfully and follow chauffeur safety instructions. Unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
11. Damage & Cleaning Fees
Clients are responsible for any damage, spills, vomiting, or excessive mess. Cleaning fees may range from $250 to $1,000+.
12. Safety & Seatbelt Policy
- Seatbelts are required by law
- Child seats are the client’s responsibility
- Company is not responsible for fines caused by non-compliance
13. Personal Property
The Company is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Found items may be returned at the client’s expense.
14. Delays & Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, road closures, or events beyond reasonable control.
15. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
16. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Chuffer Partner LLC against claims arising from passenger actions or policy violations.
17. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
18. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials are the property of Chuffer Partner LLC and may not be used without written permission.
19. Amendments
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services confirms acceptance of updated terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
21. Severability
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company.
