Passengers are financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle beyond normal wear and tear.

Our vehicles are professionally maintained and cleaned before every trip.

While we strive to provide the requested vehicle, Chuffer Partners reserves the right to substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle when necessary.

Chuffer Partners is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather
• Traffic congestion
• Road closures
• Flight delays or cancellations
• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Mechanical failures beyond reasonable control

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chuffer Partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including missed flights, appointments, business losses, or other expenses resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

We make reasonable efforts to return lost property. However, Chuffer Partners is not responsible for items left in our vehicles.

Shipping or delivery costs for recovered items are the responsibility of the owner.
